1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information Tempti Team collects through the Tempti mobile application and related services (the “Service”). It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: the content of your messages and any information you choose to share when contacting support.
- Content you submit: photos/images, text prompts, captions, comments, or other content you upload or create.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, OS version, language settings, time zone, app version, and network information.
- Usage analytics: feature interactions, pages viewed, timestamps, performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: error reports to improve reliability.
2.3 Location (only if you allow)
If you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location to enable location-based features or enhance your experience. You can control location permissions in your device settings.
2.4 Cookies and similar technologies
If the Service includes web-based components, we (or our service providers) may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance. Disabling them may affect functionality (such as login).
3) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification.
- One-time processing: if you choose generation features, we process your content for that request and delete server-side processing data as described below.
- Default storage behavior: generated results may be stored locally on your device by default (depending on device/settings).
- No training / marketing: we do not use your photos/images or generated results to train advertising models or for targeted marketing based on sensitive face-related attributes.
4) AI-Related Features and Content Processing
Some features may use automated processing (including AI-assisted processing) to transform your inputs (such as images and/or text prompts) into requested outputs (such as videos).
- Processing location: if you choose to upload content for generation, it is processed on Tempti Team’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share or disclose your uploaded images, text prompts, or generation inputs to any third party for any purpose, and we do not sell or rent this content.
- Immediate deletion after processing: after processing completes and the output is delivered to you, we delete generation inputs and server-side intermediate processing data immediately. We do not retain those inputs or intermediates.
- You are in control: you decide whether to upload and generate content; if you do not upload, those features will not run.
If you choose to publish or share the generated output within the Service, the content you share is treated as User Content and may remain visible to others until you delete it (subject to limited retention for legal or security reasons).
5) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain: account creation, login, core features, content display.
- Personalization: remember preferences and settings.
- Improve: analytics, testing, troubleshooting, performance.
- Security: fraud prevention, abuse detection, protection of users and the Service.
- Support: respond to inquiries and requests.
- Legal: comply with lawful requirements and enforce agreements.
We do not sell personal information.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege policies.
- Regular audits and monitoring.
- Backups and resilience measures.
No system can be 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Data Retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active.
- After deletion: we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months (generally aggregated/de-identified where feasible).
- Support content: retained up to 6 months.
- AI generation inputs: deleted promptly after processing as described in Section 4.
10) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, or withdraw consent (such as for location). To make a request, email us at dothikimthu0223@outlook.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
11) Children and Teen Users (17+)
The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age where parental consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date at the top when changes take effect. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
